Returns and Exchanges 

All Sales are FINAL. To maintain a sustainable, low-waste business model, we are not able to accept returns at this time.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if your items are defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item or are missing an item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we are not notified within 72 hours of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. 

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. 

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

If your order gets returned to us due to an insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to repay shipping again and return postage in order for us to reship this it back to you.

Cancellations 

Once an order has been processed through the system it can not be adjusted or cancelled. No exceptions. If you need to cancel your order due to accidental purchases, please note you will be refunded but service fees from your order are non-refundable.
