Local Pick Up
We offer FREE LOCAL PICK-UP FOR ELMIRA, ONTARIO & SURROUNDING AREAS. Select the option Free Local Pick-Up at checkout. An email with the pick-up address will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick-up. Your order will be placed into the bin with your name on it!
Shipping and Turnaround Time
Our turnaround time fluctuates based on order volume, but all orders ship within 10-15 business days unless otherwise stated (not including shipping). All orders are shipped via courier and can be tracked using the tracking number sent in your confirmation email. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
IT’S ALL WILD CO is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with Postal Service
- International Duties or Customs Charges
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items
You will need to contact the courier service.
At checkout, It's All Wild Co offers Shiptection package protection to all customers for a small fee. If you choose to decline this protection, we are unable to replace any lost or stolen packages.
However, if Shiptection was purchased at the time of checkout, all lost/stolen/damaged packages are covered and will be replaced immediately at no charge. You can find more information here.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
