What size should I get? I want an oversized look.

All of our clothing is unisex, true to size fitting. We recommend sticking to your regular size. If you're looking for an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Can I return my items? 

All items are final sale. It's All Wild Co is currently not accepting returns or exchanges.

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at hello@itsallwildco.com with your order number, and a picture/description of the issue.

When will my order be shipped? 

All orders are processed and packaged within 5-10 days from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All items are shipped via courier, and shipping confirmations along with tracking numbers will be sent email once shipped.

I have questions regarding shipping. Who do I contact?

Once the package is out of our hands, IAW Co asks that customers contact the shipping carrier that was provided through your tracking link. They will be able to help you all the details, that we, do not have access to.

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:

Estimated delivery time within Canada: 1-12 business days. 

Estimated delivery time within the USA1-12 business days. 

Estimated delivery time for International Orders is: 1-30 business days. 

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses? 

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

Help! I forgot to apply my discount code, can you adjust my order?

Unfortunately all discount codes must be used at time of purchase. There will be no refunds/adjustments made if failed to do so. 

How do I take care of my pieces?

In order to keep your pieces looking good as new we recommend you wash your items inside on cold. Hang your pieces to dry or tumble dry on low.Please do not bleach, dry clean or iron directly on the designs.
